How much weight do you need to lose?? Best way forward imo, is to start dumping those carbs, eat plenty of fruit and veggies to curb any hunger pangs during the day. Drink plenty of water - this also fills you up too.
Everything really is in moderation. Don't forget breakfast - one of the most important meals of the day, and don't eat too late at night, as this just sits in your stomach overnight. Try and eat at 7pm at the latest, and maybe go for a walk after, as now Summer is here, it would do you good also.
Don't go for mad fad crash diets, they don't work. Aim for 2lb a week.
