Blood in my dogs Urine with other symptoms
I have a one year old femail german sheperd mix. She started out with throwing up, then she became lethargic. Now last night she had diarrhea and I noticed she has blood in her urine. She is still eating but not a lot and she will not eat treats that she normally loves. Please what could this be?
You need to make an appointment at your vet for her ASAP. There are a couple of things that it could be and there is no way to tell which one without being seen by a vet.
My first thought would be that she has a urinary tract infection, possibly even severe enough to involve the kidneys. Hopefully it's something that a course of strong antibiotics will knock out. Please keep us updated!

I would be taking her to see her Dr. it could be a uti if blood in pee but not sure about the rest. keep us up-dated
