I would definitely try a probiotic supplement. Live yogurt would do. Natural, "live culture" plain yogurt, about a dessertspoonful twice a day. She may love the taste, too.

Your dog maybe allergic to yeast or some other ingredient that is commonly added to commercial dog food. To rule this out, try making a home cooked meal for her with some sweet potato or unsweetened canned pumpkin, some rice and sone boiled chicken or duck. Do this for a few days to see if it alleviates the gas and bloat. If it does, then you can buy limited ingredient diet that does not contain allergens. Natural Balance makes this type of a diet.
