Dog gets bloated after eating

I've got a dobermain pincher, 2 years old and weights 1.4kg. She is very petite for her size and tipe of dog.
3 Weeks back, her face swolen up completely and allergics didn't work so we took her to the vet. The vet didn't know what was wrong and gave her cortizone and antibiotics for a week. We thought everything was fine but when the antibiotics were done her whole body bloated up after she has eaten. We took her back to the vet and he gave another dose of antibiotics. A week later she was sstill not well so we took her for a sonar but they only said that she had alot of gas and infection in her Digestive system. They gave us some medicine but its been more than a week and it still hapens. In the morning she looks fine but in the afternoon after she has aten her whole body swells up. We tried deworming and also changed her food type but still no luck.
Can u please help us. We don't know what to do anymore.

PS: She's still very alive and eats more than usual.

I would definitely try a probiotic supplement. Live yogurt would do. Natural, "live culture" plain yogurt, about a dessertspoonful twice a day. She may love the taste, too.

Your dog maybe allergic to yeast or some other ingredient that is commonly added to commercial dog food. To rule this out, try making a home cooked meal for her with some sweet potato or unsweetened canned pumpkin, some rice and sone boiled chicken or duck. Do this for a few days to see if it alleviates the gas and bloat. If it does, then you can buy limited ingredient diet that does not contain allergens. Natural Balance makes this type of a diet. It seeme to me that your dog's symptoms come on after she eats so I would first make the dietary changes. I hope your dog feels better soon. Take care.
