You've waited a WEEK? Sounds like  possibly something lodged in his mouth...Maybe a bone fragment? There is no way that we on a forum can diagnose your puppy.....We are not Vets!

Puppies go downhill very quickly and your extremely lucky that he has made it a week! However, his time is running out and it's your responsibility to get him the medical help he needs.....

You really need to get him to an Emergency center tonight or find a Vet that is open tomorrow......He won't last much longer without food!  Make the call, now.....Karla

Why are you waiting so long to take him to a vet, like Misfits4Me said he's your responsibility and he depends on you to take proper care of him.  Doesn't sound like he's got much longer to live, take him now or give him to a shelter where he can be properly taken care of.

Sometimes I think common sense goes out the door!
Your dog needs to be seen by a Vet!!!
