Is it ok if my dog's inside stitches have come off ?
My 9 year old lab had a surgery to remove an obstruction from his intestines. The problem is that his stitches keep coming off. This time the stitches on the outside are intact but the ones on muscles have come off again (3rd time). Doc said we can't keep restitching the muscles so many times. So let him heal for now and after a month, we can open him up and restitch. I don't know how risky is this. Plz help.
