Emergency kidney failure - Desperately need help

Dr., I am a Naval veteran from India desperately seeking help for my pet Coco, a country dog (weight 20 kg). My Coco has been suffering from CKD since last 2 months (since detected). Last week his creatinine level was 8.2 and the vet advised IV for 03 days straight (01 ltr each day). He is also being given B-complex, Vit C, medicine for haemoglobin, Azodyl and Renal essentials (Vetriscience). He is also on renal diet with some pork/beef. However, after the IV his creatinine has increased to 9.2. What are we supposed to do now? We are losing hope. Rgds. Vishal
