very unusal signs with my 9 yr dog that just had puppies

my dog is 9 years old and just had puppies this morning I have seen every litter born except this one I missed. she had 8 puppies that I know of but one passed away. I noticed that her collar sized decreased by half the size it used to be I also noticed that she is panting a lot and will only drink water she wont eat. then I started noticing that she wasn't bleeding heavily like usual after delivering so I made her get up and walk outside to go potty and noticed her pee is clear but she is leaking a dark green substance from her vaginal area. this is one of her smallest litters usually she has at 13-18 puppies I am a little worried something is wrong. any suggestions?

I just have one question: Why in the HELL are you breeding animals when you clearly can't even identify a medical emergency?

Please spay and neuter your pets. There are enough unwanted, uncared for animals looking for homes right now as it is.

I won'tvenen ask why you ate letting this dog be bred.
She definitely needs to see the Vet.. You won't even know if she passed a placenta with each pup.  She may need to be checked or an X-ray done to see if there are any retained pups and she may need a Pit shot to clean ER out and antibiotics.  If you see this before you go, hoping you will, please ask the vet check her milk for any sign of infection.
Good luck.

Yes, green vaginal leakage is something to be most concerned about, and she has other sympyoms as well.  Please take her to the vet as soon as you can - Blessings - Blu
