7 year old chihuhua vomited blood

Day 1 chihuahua acted weak and crawled alot with spazuming under left rib cage. Moved around alot would lay in one spot.
Day 2 threw up several times. Then threw up bile and brownish tinted blood. Took him to vet was put on "doggie finigrin" gave 3 shots 1 for stomach 1 pen 1 vitamin b12.  Gave Ice chips and medicine every 4 hours.
Day 3 vomited white foam mixed with what looked like a raw egg cracked into a cup minus the yoke. Will not eat absolutely anything. Wants to drink water non stop but only giving him small amounts of about a table spoon every 3-4 hours. Any more and he vomits.
Night of day three stares off into the air and falls down alot has not been eating for 4 days. What do I do? We try putting Ferber baby food in the back of jawl to make him eat but he just won't eat. He was diagnosed as pancreatitis or having ate something that's abstracted his ability to digest food he has not pooped in days.

How did your Vet diagnose the Pancreatitis? Bloodtest or just an evaluation? Yes, Ginger's correct.....If this is truly a Pancreas problem, he should have never been released from the hospital the first time.......

Dehydration will set in quickly and cause all kinds of other problems......They should have kept him for fluid therapy & treatment.....

Is he on anything for pain? This is also a extremely painful condition.....

I wish you luck......My gut feeling is that you shouldn't wait till tomorrow......Please, let us know what you find out....I'll be thinking about him & you....Karla

With an acute pancreatitis attack it is not possible to eat anything, in fact it isn't advisable, and it's true, even water can be hard to keep down. It is better that NOTHING (not even water now) enters the system by mouth to give the pancreas a complete rest.
He needs to get to the vet as soon as possible. You were doing the right thing, giving him tiny amounts of water to try to hold dehydration at bay, but that won't help now.
It's my opinon he needs IV rehydration, possibly antibiotics, and hospitalization until this stabilizes.
Take him as quickly as you can. There is a risk he could go into shock.
