Ahh, I'm really sorry to hear about your dog. Know that she is in the RIGHT place. The vet will look after her and give her the care she needs. She may not recover but you've done what you can to help her. Fluids are a good thing. Dogs can get dehydrated like people and can have the same consequences from it. Eating is far less important for both people and dogs than hydrating. My dog had pancreatitis and did not eat for days, also needed fluid and recovered from it. So, see what the doctor says. She may not need surgery for anything but just rest and those fluids and soon food of some sort.
Come back when you check on her tomorrow and let us know what the vet says/thinks, okay? Hang in there!!
