Hi Smiler, you might want to post this in the dog forum as very soon i believe it will be moved there anyway.
Please take the dog to the vet for a checkup. Please dont let the dog suffer as they have a difficult time leting us know when they are sick. This dog needs your love and support so please take him to the vet asap. Its dosent sound serious but he should be seen by a vet to make sure. Animals have feelings

How old is the dog?  She is throwing up? Have you changed foods?
There might be some infection going on added to stress.  I suggest you take her in to the Vet for a thorough exam.

Friend you say?  First I'd ask my friend what vet she/he has been using, if none, then it is past due.  A four year old dog shouldn't have any health problem if it was cared for at all.

I am not sure what you mean by "weeing in my bed ", is she not house trained, assuming you are referring to toilet needs, I hope not.

What size/kind of dog is it?

I expect changing homes takes some time to adjust, but I can tell you we adopted a rescue dog that had been brought back to life by a volunteer who spend a lot of time hand feeding and nursing this dog back over a period of at least 6 months, yet after we had that dog for about 6 months and took it to a dog show where the volunteer was showing dogs we were surprised that our dog didn't even show unusual interest in his rescue person, I think it was a bit disappointing on the one hand but good on the other as it clearly showed the dog now considers itself part of my family, not the person who nursed it back to life. Dog love their owners/family, but they can adjust quickly to change.  How quickly depends on how much love/kindness you can give it.
