I need advice for my 8 year old male Jack Russell peeing inside the house against the furniture and doors

Well, first I would want to rule out any medical issues, especially due to his age, like a UTI, diabetes, etc.  has he had blood work done recently?  Could be anxiety over something new, being left more often, etc.  just hard to tell.
If he checks out ok at the Vet's and you can't watch him all the time, you might consider a belly band.  Do a Google search if you are unfamiliar with them.

Thank you for the response. To answer your questions -

He is not neutered. I've conculted my local vet and he advised that Milo is now too old for this.

As far as I know there are n health issues and he receive his vaccinations every year.

I do have a 6 year old Spaniel and a 15 yer old cat in the house. The Spaniel does not pee inside the house. T is what make it so stange for me.

I have a door open all the time for them to go outside, but unfortunately Milo wants it both ways.

No he is not. I did concul my local vet and he advise that Milo is too old now. Do you have any other advise for me? Thank you in advance

I see he is 8.  Is this something new?  And is he neutered?  Any signs if any health issues gong on?  Anything new in the house, pets or people?
