That's definitely flea dirt, and the tiny worms you are seeing are flea larvae. Even if you use a flea treatment on your dog, your home could still be infested with fleas. You probably need to bomb your home because flea dirt and eggs can get into some very hard-to-clean spaces, like the tiny cracks between hardwood floors and down into the cushions of couches and chairs, under baseboards and into just about every crevice you could imagine. You will have to leave the home for the day (take the pets with you) but it will be worth it to get rid of the little bloodsuckers.
Something that many people do not realize is that even if you use a flea treatment on your pets, if there are fleas in your home and yard the pets will still be bitten by fleas, but the fleas that bite will then die because the flea treatment ON the pet will kill them. It doesn't prevent the pets from being bitten, however, and they can still be miserably uncomfortable as long as there are fleas in the house and environment. There is nothing else that really fits the description that you gave other than flea eggs, flea dirt and flea larvae.

the flakes look like black pepper and the worms are real little , some are longer then others.
Sounds like possible flea dirt to me also.
What kind of worms? Round type worms? Flat worms/segments?
Have you checked the dog's anal area, around the vent, to see if there are any signs of worms or anything that might look like grains of rice? Does she have fleas? Your best bet is to take the dog in for an exam and take a fecal sample with you. When she goes, put it in a plastic bag or container and take it to the Vet with you.
It sounds like flea larvae. Flea dirt looks like little black flecks and when they first hatch they look like teeny tiny little worms. This could be what you are seeing. I don't know of any internal parasites that manifest as black flakes. How big are these flakes? How big are the worms?

Hello & welcome...I'm not sure what your talking about, but if your girl has never been checked for parasites, then it's time to see a Vet.....This at least will rule out if the worms are coming from her or somewhere else.....
Take a fecal sample with you to the Vet.....Let your Vet worm her.....DO NOT use any OTC wormers on this girl....They usually don't work and for a Tiny girl, the risk of side effects is too great......
Being clean has nothing to do with it.......She needs to be wormed by your Vet.....This is very common for puppies......Take care, Karla
