Been clearing my throat forcefully ? Light color blood

Hi,

In Feb 2017 I had a incident where while clearing the throat minimal blood came out. It was light colored. Called the physician and he checked the throat , said it was an infection and told me to do antiseptic gargle. After that All was ok but I kept clearing throat to check for blood but no blood came out . this habit lasted for sometime months crually and then went away. All of a sudden again the thought of blood while clearing throat came and I started clearing my throat. I was doing since this since last couple of weeks and in the early morning yesterday while throat was dry I again did a forced throat clearing and minimal light blood color came out.  Could feel a burn sensation in my throat. After an hour again I cleared my throat no blood came out. It’s become a habit to clear throat now. Can you please diagnose my problem ? The habit refuses to go away . Is there any problem with my throat or me ?
