cough since end of march?

went to Idaho at the end of march. I was fine up until april then I developed stuffy nose and a cough. I came home (las vegas) april 19th and I went to the er. no x rays nothing they said I had some fluid in the ears and it is allergies (told me to take zyrtec) so I did and it didnt really help. ended up going to my allergy dr. they did allergy ***** tests and said allergies after seeing some fluid build up in ears aswell and gave me patonase which helped dry up the sinus' but the cough remained. went to my regular dr who looked at me and told me allergies and gave me a canalog (cortizon) steroid shot. kinda helped with my stuffy nose KINDA.. I still sneeze, still get stuffy nose (now with blood due to it drying out.) I have a dry pain feel in my lungs that cause me to cough. I was tested for asthma I guess and they said I donot have asthma. now I ended up back at the er for cough and my chest X ray was clear. they said allergies and sent me home. It is now JUNE and same issues going on. same dry feeling throat and chest. nose feels really dry and this causes me to cough more. I once again go to my allergy dr who now gave me an oral steroid and an antibiotic called AVELOX he said it could be a sinus infection or allergies. it is too the point I am getting really annoyed, frustrated, tired... I JUST WANT IT TO GO AWAY!!! any thoughts? I am scared to take the AVELOX because I have panic attacks and this medication causes nervousness, suicidal thoughts, nightmares, confolsions, and other bad side effects and I am afraid to even take it. should I go to another allergy specialist? I have an ENT app on the 8th. what should I do??!!! why do I have this cough? it is clear phlem when I do produce a fluid cough and it comes and goes..usually when I first wake up and at night before bed it gets bad.. everyone keeps saying hayfever but I have never had allergies THIS BAD EVER! it all happened in idaho on vacation. it was really windy and cold there and rainy..nothing has changed since I have come back. morning cough and evening cough with coughs here and there during the day. I can always re schedual a closer date for the ENT DR. what dou you guys suggest? what does it sound like to you guys? cough, stuffy nose when I laydown at night and when I sneeze and when I wake up. when I first got back I was blowing out bright yellow green boogers (tmi sorry) after my steroid shot no bright green but blood from dry sinus. now I feel like I have dry lungs and it hurts and is annoying!! basically stuffy, sneezey, coughy. OH and fluid in ears...

no comments? really? no thoughts or sugestions? =/ well...I guess if anyone else who has the same issues stumbles upon this I will have informative info on my ENT app on the 8th. I go in at 2pm so I should have info by 5pm. I am thinking sinus infaction as I think allergies would have been taken away with the 1cc of Kanalog steroid aka cortizone. it hasNOT done a thing for my sinus' or for this cough...
