Can an ethmoid sinus retention cyst cause my symptoms

I was recently diagnosed with a 2.5 cm retention cyst in the ethmoid area and moderate mucosal thickening. I don't know if these are symtoms of this or my conversion disorder or gastroparesis.  My symptoms are nausea, double vision and even multiple vision, pressure behind my eyes, especially the left eye. When I blow my nose, I feel air come through the air duct.  My eyes water.  Other times are too dry. The lids feel swollen, and it feels like my eyes bounce around and I can't focus.  Bright and absract colors really hurt my eyes and sometimes cause seizures.  When I talk, I feel vibrating echo through out my nose.  I see small black dots or spiders sometimes.  I have dizziness and headaches, and balance problems.  When I wake up from sleep, i have a severe headache in the back of my head and a very unusual pain in my neck.  It's not stiffness. I sick, nausea feeling in the neck.
I went through chemo a year and a half ago and have all these problems since then.  I have things growing on my toes fingers and nose like tags or moles or warts.  One on my foot grew to a 1/4 inch.
I mostly want to know if the retention cyst can cause nausea and these other types of problems.
