Clicking sorta freaking out
A few months ago I noticed when trying to clear phlegm that I can make a click or flop sound somewhere between the back of my throat soft pallet and back of nose air way area.
It doesn’t just happen I kinda have to force a snort in it’s become almost a nervous tick. I don’t believe I could do this before a few months ago but I don’t know that for a fact either.
I have anxiety and now my head has crossed over into it must be cancer.
Any idea what could cause this is it okay anything I can do to stop it
