sore throat, sometimes dizzy

last Sunday my troat was extremly dry cuasing my voice to get rasphy, it was the same for moday. Moday night my throat hurt a little. Tuesday my throat hurt when i swallowed. Today (Wed) my throat hurts when i swallow, I did cough up some bright yellow clear flem earlier but idk if thats just cuz i ate or drank somethin that was that color.
Every since yesterday i've been gargling with warm sea salt water and drinkin tea and also water. today (wed) I feel slitly dizzy and just wondering how long I should wait b4 I go see a doctor if this doesnt go away

My roomate also has a sore throat with a lot of flem so i think i may hav got somethin from him.

Yes it sounds like he passed the thing on to you,If you havent beed eating properly you could have had a drop in Blood sugar this could have made you Dizzy, Suck on Menthol Lozenges, Halls is the Make, lots of Fluids, and play a waiting game ,if it gets worse or you feel worried go to see your Doc.
