My nose is broken !!!!!

I cant breath out of the right nostril .. Its completly clogged not by mucous. but becaous of my tendon at the tip of my nose its bent . I have to bend my nose to be able to breath ..  My left nostril is perfect .. just I cant breath out of my right nostril..

What is the cause of this? And Could I get a doctor to fix this?

I also breath out of my mouth when I sleep. I have done this since I was lil .. I just noticed the nose problem a couple years ago.

Yes, they certainly can do those things.  The difference may be between "reconstruction" from an injury, in which case, you may have insurance coverage and "cosmetic rhinoplasty" in which case you would definitely be paying out-of-pocket.

So your nose was recently injured?  If so, if you see an ENT doc very soon, s/he might be able to fix it in the office.

Otherwise, your problem is likely quite solvable...with surgery.  See your local, friendly ENT doc about this.

Good luck!
