Right ear clogged more than a day after flight amid a cold, fever and cough

My right ear (originally left ear) is still severely clogged one and a half days after a long air journey (11 hours + 8 hours transit) which I undertook amid a fever+cold+cough+sore throat. Funnily, the clog goes off if I bend down in a certain way but reclogs immediately when I'm upright, somewhat like a switch. Both ears were clogged after alighting from the flight but both returned to almost normal during my bus journey back home but once I was home my left ear clogged up and today it changed from left to right.
What can I do to unclog my ear? Thanks for any help!
