Thats nice to know that you do not smoke or have nasal allergy. Try with the above treatment hope you should be better with this if not please do consult your ENT specialist for the further management.

Hi. Thanks for responding to my post. I don't have allergies (& don't smoke). I need to drink more water & do saline flushes - yuck! I was wondering if the ENT dr. would want to do some kind of procedure. Don't think so. Thanks again. Take good care. Rondi

The features you have mentioned about the CT scan suggests of left maxillary sinusitis. I need more information regarding this. Do you have nasal allergy (early morning sneezing, running nose, recurrent nasal block)? If so, then the treatment modality differs. As of now, you can try taking mucolytics (ambroxyl/bromhexine), analgesics (like ibuprofen/diclofenac), saline nasal drops and steam inhalation. Also drink plenty of warm water. If you are smoking, please do refrain from it.
