Please help!!

Hello, I have been performing oral sex on my boyfriend who is uninfected of stds for awhile now.. Back in April of 2018, after a day of performing oral sex I got tonsilitis the day after. Ever since then i have been traumatized of so many health scares & got tested for every std including HIV. Everything came out negative. However, to this day, i still have irritated tonsils with no obvious cause. Its been about 6+ weeks now. I figured since docters told me it was my anxiety & that i was ok, i can still perform oral sex. Didnt start again until recently though. I waited bc i was scared. Now, after performing oral, which was kind of vigorous, my tonsils are now a little more irritated & i have a sore throat. I know it could obviously be from the oral but i cant help that im so anxious.. Does anyone know why tonsils stay like this for 6+ weeks ? My boyfriend & I are clean from stds. I cant help but worry. I want to be able to be initmate with my boyfriend without overworrying. Someone please help & let me know if you are going through something similar. Please help!!
