Please help me unblock my ears - Im going mad Im so desperate!!

My ears are EXTREAMLY blocked ALL THE TIME!! PLEASE desperately need help, can't afford to see Dr?
Both ears have been blocked for about 4 years now. They are so bad now they are affecting my hearing and balance and making it difficult for me to keep working. I've seen a handful of GP's about it, none of whom helped; its not wax, they can't see anything wrong. I went to a specialist 3 years ago; he said the hairs in the tube btween ear and nose cavity are paralysed from smoking - but I have stopped smoking and it hasn't helped at all. None of the cold and flu meds work (I can always breath through my nose). Have tried antibiotics, various sprays and am continually unblocking/popping ears by holding nose and blowing in or out.

I desperately need it fixed, I feel like I'm constantly really sea or car sick, sometimes I actually feel like I'm spinning head over heals and when its really bad I cant focus on anything and my eyes will actually shutter from side to side. I have dull pain, or maybe more extream discomfort, and I literally feel like there is pressure on my brain which makes it hard to think, I feel like my mind is wrapped in clouds.
PLEASE HELP ME!!! I cant afford to go back to another specialist (its over $170 for a consult) and the public waiting list is apparently years long.

Herbs and natural treatments are quite complex, and you should not try to fix this problem without the help of a good professional herbalist, having said that, none of that will work if you have mercury amalgams in your mouth, as they block your immune system.  I would start looking there. :-)

I'd try ginkgo biloba in case it's a form of tinnitus, and I'd try herbs like mint:
