Strep throat in adult male 40
Hi Doctor. I went to urgent care thinking I have strep throat. The rapid was negative but they still gave me penicillin twice a day for 10 days. They sent in a throat culture as well. The scoreness started 2 days ago. I have white spots still and the pain is brutal. I've been on the meds just under 24hrs, when will I start to feel some relief? Anything to help the pain? Also I don't want to pass to my kids
