Sinuses or brain tumor?

For sometime now I have had pressure in my forehead when I stand up and bend over. My eyes are off some days when I look from a distance. I feel off balance as well. Like bending over especially. I was feeling off balance when I walked but that has improved some. I have seen my dr who did a Nuero exam on me twice which was normal. And I recently saw my ent and she said it was either my sinuses or inner ear and I told her my concern of a brain tumor and she laughed and said no. I have been on 3 different antibiotics and predinsone and there has been no change in my head. So that's why I think it's something serious. My forehead feels weird when I lift my eye brows. Like the skin is pulling and have had burning sensations. I want to have a full ct scan done but I dunno of my ent will allow it since she only wants to see scan of my sinuses. Er will not let me have MRI so waste money if I go. It's causing me a lot of anxiety and google of course said balance problems and vision would be a sign so now I'm constantly worrying.

I hear that everyone is different with their symptoms so that's why I worry. I've not had headache like painful ones just forehead pressure that won't ease up. Just goes away when I lay down.

Is this anything close to sounding like a brain tumor? Or is it just a real bad stubborn sinus issue.

Ct scan was normal of brain. Would this show any kind of Abnormaltiy if I had one in cerebellum? My head is feeling better and vision. Just still feel wobbly.

I've also had nasal drainage and stuffy nose. Post nasal drip and head when weather changes my eyes are more off today my eyes are fine. My forehead feels full like full of thick water when I stand up and if I walk with head titled back it feels fine soon as I lean it forward I feel the fullness and it's where my sinuses would be.

I've had blood work done and all was good and my blood pressure is also fine. I told my ENT about my concerns and she said she believes it's sinuses. I asked her about the migraine associated with vertigo and she doesn't seem to think that's it cause I've not had any  nausea and my eyes are not blurry and no flashing lights like that either.  When I was on antibiotics I noticed that my balance Improved walking I don't feel off balance like I did before. I also have real bad anxiety which she said could make it worse. Ive asked for a ct scan of the whole head when she checks my sinuses. It next week.

Hi, sometimes migraines can cause these odd sensations without an actual headache. If you have blurring of vision, nausea and see some light flashes it could most probably be due to a migraine. Alcohol, smoking, altered sleep patterns, missed meals, loud sounds, odd smells, physical or emotional stress and certain additive foods are known to trigger attacks. The other causes could be due to hypertension, cardiac diseases, tumors, aneurysms and some metabolic disorders like hyperthyroidism. So, don't worry and discuss these options with your doctor. Regards.
