Hi, sometimes migraines can cause these odd sensations without an actual headache. If you have blurring of vision, nausea and see some light flashes it could most probably be due to a migraine. Alcohol, smoking, altered sleep patterns, missed meals, loud sounds, odd smells, physical or emotional stress and certain additive foods are known to trigger attacks. The other causes could be due to hypertension, cardiac diseases, tumors, aneurysms and some metabolic disorders like hyperthyroidism. So, don't worry and discuss these options with your doctor. Regards.
I've had blood work done and all was good and my blood pressure is also fine. I told my ENT about my concerns and she said she believes it's sinuses. I asked her about the migraine associated with vertigo and she doesn't seem to think that's it cause I've not had any nausea and my eyes are not blurry and no flashing lights like that either. When I was on antibiotics I noticed that my balance Improved walking I don't feel off balance like I did before. I also have real bad anxiety which she said could make it worse. Ive asked for a ct scan of the whole head when she checks my sinuses. It next week.
I've also had nasal drainage and stuffy nose. Post nasal drip and head when weather changes my eyes are more off today my eyes are fine. My forehead feels full like full of thick water when I stand up and if I walk with head titled back it feels fine soon as I lean it forward I feel the fullness and it's where my sinuses would be.

Ct scan was normal of brain. Would this show any kind of Abnormaltiy if I had one in cerebellum? My head is feeling better and vision. Just still feel wobbly.
