I am a 29yr old male. So beginning of April I came down with some sort of upper respiratory infection could have possibly even been COVID. About 10 days after first getting sick which I found myself being better but still had some lingering symptoms from the infection. I randomly found myself caressing my side burn area with my facial hair & some how someway I noticed I had this tiny little bump in my skin I would say its almost has like a almond style shape, pea sized, it feels smooth, it’s not rock hard but it is firm. It’s not 100% moveable but I’m able to sway it from side to side. On the 17 so almost two weeks later I went to my primary care dr & he didn’t seemed concerned at all. Said it’s really small & just possibly a lymph node from my infection, possibly even muscular maybe my jaw is tense or maybe even a cyst but just give it like a month. & unless it randomly starts hurting or getting bigger I shouldn’t really worry about it. Fast forward to the 24th I still find myself a little paranoid with anxiety since through googling apparently a parotid tumor is a possibility so that didn’t help. Thoughts ?
