Sore throat 3 weeksish, Spitted out blood a while ago and Chlorine

Hello, So about a month or so ago I was working inside of a chlorinated box pool that was really small. The room is about the size of a good sized pool. I was working and we got closed down earlier that day before I came in. We opened back up like 3-5 hours later after we got the chlorine and acid levels to acceptible levels... It was the highest we were allowed to be, one point more we would of been shut down... Later that night I woke up congested and spit out all blood in the sink. When I woke up I tried to see if I could spit out anything and it was nothing but clear...and no full blood since, But do somtimes notice a little redish orange in the spit. 3 days later I had a appointment to the doctors... I dont have a regular doctor and I travel alot... Im out of state and going to canada next week. But the doctors checked my blood for whatever they checked for... I asked if it was hiv, they said it didnt look like it... But that doesnt mean they actually tested for it? Would they of tested for hiv if they took my blood?  It just kinda seemed like they looked by her answer. They gave me amoxicillin and it helped the sore throat but came back a few days after the meds... I went back they gave me a x ray and they said they ruled out bronchitis... Gave me meds but I dont have  a cough just a sore throat, Not loosing weight or stool problems, havent really seen a rash... took all the meds and that was last week....  Its been like a month now. Any suggestions? Should I go and actually test for hiv or stds? What does this sound like?

Sorry for the long story... But to add on to it:
At like week 2-3 I looked with a flash light and seen white spots... They have gone away after they first gave me amoxicillin. What should I do? Im leaving my competition sunday and Will be in orlando for 2 days, I plan to go to a urgent care asap before I leave to canada and could I be treated in canada? I will be really busy working out there so hope to find that time. Been having stuffy nose too for a while, now that I think of it. About a week and a half after I worked (i dont work there after the day I spit out blood) I got drunk in oregon and vomited while I was on amoxicillin one day, Dont know if the throw up messed up my throat as well and Whenever I smoke (dont anymore now) sore throat would be way worse. Last time I checked I didnt have a fever and the doctors checked both times for swollen nodes... they said none... My friend felt yesterday, said nothing, and today said they felt a little swollen... Could this be chlorine related? or strep etc?
