Basically my Tounge has little bumps on the back middle, it feels like it's irritated but I'm a hypochondriac so it's making me think it's something crazy bad. It is it rated when I eat or swallow, no pain only irritation. As if there're something lime a hair there and I can't get it off. The bumps are the same colour of my tongue and only middle back. I don't have bad breath or sores nor do I have a bad taste in my mouth. What do you think it could be?
