Voice problem

Hi All

I am 25 years old boy. I am working in a good company. My problem is my voice is like girl and not clear, when I speak loudly nobody can understand me properly. Is there any way to change my voice? I need all of your help.

There are numerous possible reasons - improper voice use, anatomic/functional abnormality, generalized hormonal imbalance, neurological/psychological source... It certainly may be treatable, but until the proper diagnosis is made, it's impossible to make recommendations.
