Uvulitis from smoking

Last night It stated to feel like my throat was hurting but didn't think much of it but today it's still hurts and it's painful and awkward to swallow. Also my uvula looks to be sitting on my tounge. I naturally have a long uvela but this doesn't feel like how it should kinda feels like it's going down my throat in a way. Didn't feel this way until I smoked some weed out of a water pipe yesterday after I've stopped for about a week. Before this I was a daily smoker never felt this problem before. I'm thinking that the smoke irrated something. Really annoying and irrating. If this is uvulitis how long until it goes away and how can I treat this at home?

Also ate a toaster strudel and one of the flakes ended up scratching my throat a little bit but didn't feel any pain immediately after. Only felt pain last night around 11 or 12 after I smoked 2 hits. Might be a combo of both of these factors
