are you being seen by an endometriosis specialist? as this is the only chance at beating this disease!
I'm in the same boat. I have endometriosis and pcos. I had a lap back in 2012 periods have been normal since until February I skipped my period that month. I had a period March 1-4 spotted March 11,12,13,16 and March 19th I started bleeding more like a period but a light one with bad cramps and fatigue.
have you seen an endometriosis specialist and had your disease excised? This would be the first place I would start. I totally get the not wanting to see dr.'s as we endo gals usually have seen more then our share and been dismissed way to many times and the exhaustion of the disease it's self is plenty then add the appointments with non-specialists who don't have a clue how to help us be well...it takes a toll...but in order to get well...you must move forward and get into the specialists...You can get your life back, but it's going to take some work to get there! You can do it! We are strong!
I did the alternative route for a while and unfortunately the only way to cure endometriosis is to cut the disease out from the root....please seek the help of an endometriosis specialist!
Thank you so much for your answer to my post! I went to gyno and my gyno thinks that I have hydrosalpinx, so I am going to do HSG next week to be sure.
Hi thanks for sharing. You have been through a lot. Us women really cop it sometimes don't we?
I know you already know this, you need to pick up the phone and call to make an appointment with your dr/specialist immediately. Waiting is not option.
I imagine fear and remembering what you have been through could understandably be why you are wanting "time" and distance before you to go back to your Specialist.
Maybe you could think about going to see your specialist with someone you are close to?
This forum is not here to diagnose or give medical advise- I am a nurse and even I could not advise anything else other then it is vital to see your Specialist ASAP.
That is not to say natural therapies could not form a part of any treatment your Specialist suggests you begin. And if you don't feel comfortable you can always seek another opinion.
Please stay in contact, it would be great to here from you. This is a very supportive place where you can come any hour of the day or night.
Hope to hear from you soon.
