Endometriosis and Pregnancy

Hello i was diagnosed with Endometriosis stage 2 and had a Laparocsopy done 1 week ago.  I was leveled  as unexplained infertility for 7 years prior to this and was recomended by my RE to try to get pregnant naturally for the next 2 cycles before trying IVF again.
Do you guys who have this condition and have been able to get pregnant naturally haver any helpful tips?  It would be great to hear any succesful histories of pregnancy and tips to help ttc from somebody who is dealing with this.  oh BTW i am 40 years old.  Thanks a lot!

hi i have stage 3 endo and was devastated when i was told my hormone levels indicated i wasnt ovulating ... that was the monday on the sunday i done a test just to rule out pregnancy and got BFP was so shocked still am but when we worked out date we were on holiday and had given up trying plus i was sick, so think this might have contributed in sum way due to the way the endo interferes withfertility, but the most important thing was we were relaxed so thats what my advise would be as hard as it is to do (trust me i know) to relax and judt try yo put it to the back of your mind for a cycle (",)

baby dust
hope it works out for you
