I try but i have never been so ridiculed for not letting my daughter eat ****. People are demented i think.
That's great! I'm so glad that you've decided to take care of your daughter like that. Really, all this processed and cooked garbage should be on the way out. I can't think of a better way to set an example for the rest of society and society's children than to live happily and healthily on such a diet. Just by making the choice for yourself you are helping to save the world. I hope you let other people in on the little secret, so the love can grow.

I totally agree with it as as well. I started eating all organic and getting rid dairy, red meat, sugars etc. Its hard thats for sure. i have treated my daughter as well with the same food i eat so that if she does have this gene to have this than she will be prepared in some way and not have to all of the sudden change something when it is already being done
Hi , I totally agree with you . When I had endometriosis (had hyterectomy now) I was in the most terrible pain and felt so ill . I went to see a nutritionist and followed a mainly natural food diet cutting out wheat and dairy ,soya and citrus and felt so much better I also took some supplements and drank a lot of water . I was advised to eat absolutely no red meat at all as is full of hormones . I would definately reccomend this approach .
