I Need Help

I am a 20 year old female and have been suffering from acute abdominal pains for 3 and half years now. I have had many of tests including a laparoscopy. All of my test results have come back mainly okay, with a few minor things but none of which add up to any other tests. I have had nearly 30 admissions to hospital in this time, around 18 of these have been by ambulance as the pain gets unbearable and i am unable to move without entonox. I have been on countless medications but right now i am just using tramadol when i need, which isn't ideal. I have been on HRT for about 8 months and was on 6mg a day with also a monthly injection which seemed to help in the beginning but within a few months i went straight back to how i usually am. I have tried many different things, cutting out foods etc but nothing seems to be working. In the beginning the pain didnt have a pattern what so ever but in the last year or so it has become a slight pattern around my periods is where i get an extreme amount of pain. i also can get pain any time of the month but it is persistant atleast once a month.
With much research i believe i have endometriosis on my bowel and i have my GP agreeing but all the consultants dont seem to agree so easily. They say i have IBS but i do not agree.
I really need help! i am only 20 years old and this has taken over my life and confidence. Please help

Oh makes sense. A gastro surgeon would have no knowledge on Endo or where to look. I would find a specialist if you can in Endo or see an Oncologist/Gynecologist.

They only found a small pocket of fluid in the lap and said they couldnt see any endo because of poor prep as i physically couldnt keep the prep down and kept throwing up. the laparoscopy was last october but it was done by a gastro surgeon. i am now under a gyaene consultant who i am trying to get to give me a second laparoscopy as he said sometimes they miss it if theyre not as experienced in that area

When you had the lap did they find Endo? When was that lap? Did they remove all the endo or some? Was it excision or laser?

IBS is a diagnoses given a lot when it ends up being Endometriosis of the bowels. I am one of those.

If you want you can read my journals. I do have a lot of them but I suffer a lot with digestion and pain.

It also could be a possibility that from your lap you had before you have scar tissue that could be causing issues with your bowels.

Try taking magnesium citrate every morning and a prebiotic and see if that helps.
