Is this pain normal with severe endometriosis?

I was diagnosed with stage four endometriosis in October and had several major masses removed from my ovaries, uterus, bladder, colon, as well as half my ovary had to be removed. I was on 200mg of progesterone but got switched to 15mg of northridrone (pardon my spelling) but I constantly have these pains that hurt through my abdomen, back and down too my feet. I don't know if I should go to the Dr or if it's normal to have these pains. I brought it up to my Dr but she didn't do anything but change my prescription. I'm just worried. I'm 20yo and the pain keeps me from going back to.school or get a job because I'm in so much pain I'm basically stuck to my bed. Any advice will be highly appreciated :)

I forgot  mention that the center of my lower back keeps going numb, right at the tail bone. Sorry for so much trouble.
