Am I crazy??

I am 22 years old and have had the most worst periods since I was 13. I would always get pain around my ovaries. I would also get frequent UTI's.
My pain would be so severe I would vomit and sometimes Couldn't get out of bed.
3 years ago I had my appendix out and they even checked for endometriosis and I had none. Things were fine except for my periods and they even because so irregular I was unable to track them.
Most recently I have had the most severe pelvic pain for 3 weeks I was bed ridden and then the hospital sent me to a Gyno. I am scheduled to have laparoscopy and cystoscopy for my bladder at the same time.

The Gyno said it may be trauma if they don't find anything. If that is the case I don't understand because I am in so much pain and recently it is constant it doesn't go away How can it be in my head,. The pain was worse but in hospital they gave me strong antibiotics for a pelvic infection. That has cleared. I am still in so much pain.
