so frustrated

So disappointing after waiting 7 weeks my laparoscopy to remove endo was cancelled today due to my gyno having an emergency at a different hospital. It looks like it will be another 6-8 weeks before it will happen. The reception girls at my gyno office are going to try and work something out and call me Thursday after speaking to the gyno. After 10 months of hell i am over it and just want to get on with my life, this isn't how this year was meant to be. I have been losing a crap load of blood and I am in agony! No pain killers are working anymore. Just needed to vent to people who understand :(

It is ridiculous! How can they keep you waiting that long! Could you get a different doctor? They called me today, it's rescheduled for the 28th of August. Better then 6-8 weeks!

I am so sorry that you are going through this as I totally understand. I have been trying to get in for a surgery since last October. These doctors just wasted all my time sending me to several different doctors to rule out bowel or bladder issues when I knew from the beginning that wasnt it. I know my body. Its really frustrating when this happens because you are all prepared for it then its cancelled. I totally understand and I feel for you :)
