If you are having a laporoscopy you should not be in the hospital longer than one day. It is same day surgery, and it is not a big deal.  THe catheter comes out before you even wake up, and so does the tubing in your throat.  You will feel sleepy and some pain in the incision site. They put a small scope into your belly button and one small scope above your vagina to look inside your abdomen for endo.  You are young.....you will be fine.  Some pain afterwards, and hard to bend and shower for 2 days.

They put cathader in your vagina after the surgery. Thats a little unpleasent, but it lasts only 3 or 4 days (you are in hospital 3 or 4 days after the surgery). I was going crazy because i couldnt go to the toilet like a normal person, but after four days everything got back to normal. My surgery lasted 6 hours, but like I told you, I had tumor besides endometriosis, and it was very serious and complicated. The surgery lasts from 45 minutes to 2 hours, it depends.
