Live in Oregon, looking for specialist

Hi about 20 years ago I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome, I was also told at that time by an infectious disease doctor that I had EBV. I feel there is something else wrong with me because if I do what the doctors say then I'm in so much pain I can't move, I've had catatonic states, I can not control my body temperature if I get to cold it's like I have hypothermia, and if I get to hot it's like heat exhaustion. I have times where I feel I can't get enough oxygen, my pain level is usually at a 6.

All I have found to help is lots of nutrition
Grass-fed meats, dark green veggies, lots of color veggies, no dairy, no gluten, no processed sugar
