I fell while I was in the emergency room and hit my head

I fell while I was in the emergency room and hit my head, an MRI was done and I was told everything was ok - A few days later I started noticing a film over one of my one eye that I cannot get rid of, which is affecting my vision. I went to a very bad ophthalmologist today- (he and his staff really acted like I was wasting their time), and went away with nothing - no drops, no reason, no diagnosis - nothing - they even dilated my eyes without letting me know this was going to happen - I did not have a driver, but it was too late and I had to sit in a room for 45 minutes until they returned - I was also unable to ask questions or get any help - what should I do? Is this reminiscent of a neurological issue or is this an actual eye problem? I hit the back of my head when I fell and need help - help that I am not getting from this so called doctor.

Sorry for your bad experience.  Your description of your problem is more suggestive of an eye problem, perhaps caused by the fall, than a brain-neurological.  If it persists you will need to see a competent-caring ophthalmologist. Your pupils will definitely need to be dilated so take a driver or have one available. Perhaps your family MD can suggest a good ophthalmologist.
