scratch on eye

I have Arcus as described by the doctor, I am 60 years old. about  a month ago, i felt a sting in my eye, and noticed that my eye was blood shot. Doctor said I had more than likely burst a blood vessel. It cleared in about two weeks. in the same eye today, I noticed what appeared to be a scratch line in the same eye. The best way i can describe it as if you are looking at a old movie, and at the end it has scratches on the rell ( wiggle line). It does not hurt

thanks for your response, I went to the doctor, he said after examinatio9n, it was niot a stratch, but a floater. Thanks
