No one can possibly give you the "definitive" answer that you're requesting, since any surgery involves some risk. You must be new to this forum. Dr. Hagan has stated numerous times that in his opinion no one should get bilateral ReZooms--they are the worst of the multifocal/accommodating lenses. The ReZoom lens is associated with many problems, including halos, glare, ghosting, and "waxy" vision. There have been several recent threads about ReZoom on both eye care forums, or you can "search" feature to locate more info.
If you don't currently have cataracts, it's quite possible that the multifocal lens technology will have improved dramatically by the time you do need cataract surgery. At the present time, I think that your best bet for crisp vision would be aspheric monofocal IOLs. They can be set for (modified) monovision. My vision with this type of lens is every bit as good as it was with my natural lens without a cataract.
