Corneal Abrasion- Still Blurry and Red, No Pain Anymore

Had a Corneal Abrasion on Monday and went to a doctor who prescribed polymyxin B sulfate and trimethoprim ophthalmoc solution drops, 3 days later eye is still blurry but pain is gone from eye, have tried clear eyes maximum redness relief to reduce redness which does not appear to work. What should i do?

There are about 38 posts/blogs. one is on the treatment of recurrent corneal erosions/abrasions.  You will need to treat for about 6 weeks and do some things different to prevent the recurrent corneal erosion syndrome.

Thank You for this information. Should i be concerned about the persistent redness? Thats my biggest concern
The most important things are: 1 pain  2. blurred vision.   Depending on the size of the abrasion you might expect the eye to be red and bloodshot for 5-7 days.     If the eye gets painful or the vision does not continue to clear you need to follow up with an ophthalmologist Eye MD
