eye problem

I have one question regarding tears I would be pleased if you answer this.

I wanted to know the causes of excessive tears or crying. I am very emotional person and I cry a lot and due to this I am facing one problem like my eye movement has been slow down and it is different for both the eyes. Hence I have noticed a little squint in it. When I try to focus on one particular thing the things behind it looks double to me. Also when I try to see somethnig very nearly my eyes just find it very difficult because the thnig behind it look double or just mix up.  I have also noticed that the white portion of my eye beside the pupil has also become loose and I can see that once I turn my left eye to right side  it(loose portion) slightly  accumulates  at the corner and same with right eye. When I open my eyes I found out that their postion is not in middle and I experimented this slowly with each eye I found their position at left (for left eye) and right (for right eye) corner but the moment I open my eyes they just try to focus on one point so they look normal. I am also not comfortable in dark and in sunlight.

I consult so many doctors about this problem but everyone said that your eyes are perfectly fine. There is no squint also. But I don't understand what to do because I know I am not comfortable when I focus on one thing.I really need help in it.

Please if you can assist me in this I'll be vey glad. I also have a minus no. for both eyes and it is -6.75.

It's very possible my eye 'focus' can be perfect - so that my eyesight itself is okay - but if my muscles aren't working in a coordinated manner I may not be able to 'see' properly.
I guess there are exercises for reconditioning the the coordination of the muscles of both eyes.

Someone suggested me this I guess now you may help me out and  if you have any idea about the exercises I would be pleased to hear from you.
