I require help for Mydriasis

I sustained an injury from someone playing a prank on me.They strapped a bunji cord to me and let go and making the metal knuckle hit me in the eye. I am left with blurred vision, a blind spot and mydriasis.
This has caused me a lot of trouble with all aspects of my life and I would really like someone to tell me if anything can be done.

I would appreciate any help, especially from those who maybe in the same position.

Thanks

There are extended discussions about "traumatic iridoplegia" on this site. You can access them using the search feature and reviewing archives. Next question is why is your vision blurred and have blind spot? Is it a cornea scar or cataract which can often be treated or damage to retina which cannot often be treated. What is the status of your other eye be sure its' healthy and wear glasses for protection and avoid activities that have eye hazzard. Live a healthy lifestyle.

Thank you. I mentioned the blinking d spot again to the NHS but they seem unable to tell me, an opthamologist suggested it was the retina and I do know I have the start of cataract as a result of the injury.
My other eye is perfect and 20/20 vision, though due to the mydriasis of the other eye, that makes my other eye feel distorted as well.
Can you suggest any surgery that may help?
No those types of recommendations demand a real examination with all the equipment. the best you can do is probably a second opinion from a different retina surgeon.
