eye problems

My eyes have been giving me problems for about 8 months now. At first I was getting after images and blotches (not floaters) in my vision. I would see flashes in the corner of my eyes when it was dark. I thought those symptoms bothered me. I have recently been having dizzy spells when I move my eyes. Almost as if my vision is bouncing for a couple of seconds. I also get so lauthargic that my eyes can't stay open and they roll in the back of my head. It almost feels like my muscle in my eyes aren't working properly. I have seen my optometrist and have seen an eye specialist three times. I have had my eyes dilated and looked at and he says my only case is dry eye and my eyes look perfect. So now we are on to my brain. I have had a ct scan that came back fine. I am scheduled for a hutler test (heart monitor for 24 hours) and an eeg in case I'm having abnormal seizures. I get migraines almost everyday. I am on a med for them but it's not helping much. Maybe this could be a ocular migraine? I'm having such a hard time with all this. I feel miserable. Anyone else having these problems or similar issues?

I have been to a neurologist since we last spoke and we have tried many different types of migraine meds. Nothing seems to help the eye symptoms. Some of the migraines go away but I still get headaches. I have had an mri and everything came back fine. He now wants to send me to Iowa City to a neuro- ophthalmologist but I haven't heard back from him for 3 weeks so who knows if that will happen. I go back to eye doctor thursday and will be telling him that I have been getting really bad flickering of light in my vision when I move my eyes up down right or left. It's a non stop journey and it's a very stressful time for me. Hard to concentrate on life when your miserable!
