Sorry, I don't know any sites. This is a VERY complicated bifocal prescription, with high astigmatism and prism. Frankly, I think you'd be much better off taking it to an "expert" optician, who could take measurements while your husband was wearing the frames. The optician could also give you information about options for lens material and make recommendations about what would work best. Make sure there's a money-back guarantee if your husband's vision isn't comfortable with the glasses.
