Eye Help ASAP

So recently i've been goofing around with my friends and we were doing eye tricks. Not knowing the harm i could bring to my eyes i went ahead and did one. I was able to keep my left eye looking straight forward while i moved my right eye around (I just moved it to the left and back) and i know that i actually did it because my friends were kinda shocked about it since they were watching. Anyways it is 1 full day later and my left eye is full red and appears to have blood vessels popping up. Not only that it also occasionally hurts and is very watery throughout the day. I would highly appreciate some idea from anyone of what is going on with my left eye and what i should do about it?

You could not do any serious or permanent damage to your eye moving it as you describe. The bright red apperance of your eye suggests a "subconjunctival hemorrhage" (Google image the term).  It looks scary but is not serious sort of like a bruise on the skin.  It can make the eye feel a little irritated and artificial tears will generally relieve perhaps with warm compress.

No, when i looked up "subconjunctival hemorrhage" it shows eye full of blood where the blood blotched out an entire area of their. Mine looks more like a lot of red tiny little veins all over the place
subconjunctival hemorhages come in a size and shapes. In any case you would not hurt your eyes doing those movements.
