Eye Poke Discoloration

I jabbed myself in the eye with the end of my glasses frame (the part that goes behind your ear). It has been nearly four days and the impacted area on the white part of my eye still has a brownish patch with bloodvessels (bloodshot). Is this normal? I can't find any information online about this kind of discoloration--it's not totally bloody, just a patch of brownish-yellowish with some bloodshot vessels. The eye is sore when I look at the computer screen and seems to be more dry than normal (I already have dry eye issues).

Yes its part of the healing process. Use artificial tears for the dryness. You may need to doctor it for a couple of weeks. This assumes no severe pain or blurred vision in which case you need to see an optometrist or ophthalmologist.
