My eyes move really fast for some reason, and i'm concerned.

I'm 13 and my eyes move really fast back and forth, and it only happens when I play Rainbow Six Siege (it's a video game). I don't know if it's because I focus to hard but when I stare at a doorway, to wait for someone to peak it, for to long it happens, it scares me because it takes me a second to realize it happens. And I get disoriented for second after it happens, I told my dad and he said he thinks they're mini seizures. I also have these two things that involve my muscles, sometimes my arms just tense up and move on their own and sometimes I feel like I need to flex or tense my own muscles just out of nowhere I feel an urge to do that. Hopefully someone can tell me what this is.

Tell your parents about this post.  See an Eye MD ophthalmologist for an eye exam.  If you have a family physicians you need to go in for a general exam and see if there is enough concern for seeing a neurologist.  And STOP PLAYING THAT VIDEO GAME>       Prolonged and excessive 'screen time" (computers, phones, ipads, video games) is causing a worldwide epidemic of dry eyes and myopia in the young.
